Monday, Nov 13 - Activity 2.6 - Page 108-109 in Spring Board books. Students will read Statement of Commissioner Michael J. Copps and answer key idea and detail questions. Students will also be previewing a short video clip about how advertising fast food has an impact on teen health.

Tuesday, Nov 14 - Starting the documentary Consuming Kids: Facts About Marketing to Children. Students will be able to use any information from this documentary for their embedded assessment paper. Students are viewing the chapters named "Consuming Kids", "The Floodgates Open", and "By Any Means Necessary".

Wednesday, Nov 15 - Consuming kids documentary Students viewing the chapters named "Under the Microscope", "A Brand New World", and "Cradle to Grave".

Thursday, Nov 16 - Completing Consuming Kids documentary Students viewing chapters named "Rewiring Childhood" and "Our Future".

Friday, Nov 17 - Spelling/Vocab test. Library day.
