Monday, March 19: Activity 3.16: Nelson Mandela and Invictus. Student are beginning initial research for their embedded assessment.
Tuesday, March 20: Activity 3.16: Invictus and an interview with Trevor Noah. Students are given time to research apartheid and the impact it had on the economy and social systems in South Africa.
Wednesday, March 21: Snow day
Thursday, March 22: Completing Invictus movie
Friday, March 23: Short answer response practice #3. Students are working on an opinion style writing piece: Should the world go to one language called Esperanto? Would this make the world a better place?
